/awë/ is realized as /u/.
/ë/ is inserted as a transition sound (1) between /l/ and /h/ and (2) between /h/ and /m/.
The first of these insertions is rounded to /u/.
/wa is realized as /o/, and /w/ is elided in final position after a vowel.
Note: The underlying form is the same as that glossed "I hear you (three or more people)." It is not clear that all speakers understand the different phonological treatment as constituting a different meaning.
